I am Roistan Perera, the owner, founder and head chef of Roistan Caterers. I am an experienced chef who has been working in the food industry for over 25 years. I started the catering business on a small scale in 2007 but I initially introduced my catering service in the year 2012 and have been successfully running this business ever since. We do customise menus upon requests
It brings us great delight to provide our customers what they love to have on their table for their special day therefore we are ready to support them in any way possible, even if it is a customised menu. Menus can be changed and customised anytime for our clients. But, we do provide our advice at all times to ensure they make the best menu for their special day as we have many years of experience in this field.
Our special services for wedding clients
We aim to please our clients in the best possible way and strongly believe in customer satisfaction. We always advise our customers to first come and have a conversation with us 6 months – 01 years prior to the wedding so that we can provide a special service to them. We always make sure to consider our client’s budget and then suggest to them the best possible packages we can offer including, the table setting, decorations, food, plates and utensils. We also offer a free ice carving to our clients if their event includes over 150 guests.
